Contrary to popular opinion, email remains a very effective marketing method. We have a segmented database of OVER 14,000 email subscribers. We send out our "5 Star Open Houses" to one specific "list" on Thursday and ALL of the open houses in Ocean County to another specific "list" on the weekend.
Signs, Signs; Every Friday are SIGNS!
There is NO such thing as too many signs when it comes to open houses (elections may be another story). Depending on local municipal codes & regulations, we put out a MINIMUM of 10 open house signs per "5 Star Open House" and a MAXIMUM of... well, there is no maximum... yet.
